The Magic Review Show is the perfect way to learn about the latest magic products. Each trick is broken down into detail and then performed by either Craig or Ryland. If they like or dislike a trick, they will let you know. You might like some of the routines they dislike or vice versa. That's absolutely fine. If you haven't already, make sure to check out the Review Show Revisited. Some of these products may be performed again within the real world. Until then let's break down this week's products.

Badge Holder

The first product Craig & Ryland looked at this week is Badge Holder by Jota. Jota has put together an amazing concept that will allow you to perform five powerful effects in magic within a single routine. The magician starts by giving their audience the possibility to freely choose a card. After being remembered, the card is returned to the deck and shuffled several times. Following this stage, the magician gives their audience the deck while showing them that they are wearing a badge that contains a lucky bill inside.

Without warning, the magician suddenly transforms the bill into their chosen card. While the trick could end here, the magician takes the deck within their hands before telling the spectator that your lucky bill does not disappear but travels. With a simple card riffle, the card appears within the middle of the deck. As the magician spreads the cards that were clearly mixed, the cards are suddenly in perfect order and the bill is located exactly in the position where their card should be.

To finally conclude the trick, the magician tells their audience that it is your lucky bill because the day you found it had something written. The magician opens the card, it reveals the message matches with the card the audience chose. It's an incredible routine that combines the best of magic into one. Craig & Ryland enjoyed this product, awarding it 89% and 79% respectively.

Cap Stack

Taiwan Ben has returned with another brand new gimmick. This is Cap Stack, a product designed to defy the laws of physics. Vanishing Inc. states, ""Cap Stack" is an amazing balance magic trick using bottle caps. It's a truly bizarre sight and amazing moment. Three caps balance at once. Easy to perform and super organic. No adhesive or strings." It's a fun product that everyone will enjoy. It's fully examinable and you can use it anytime & anywhere. Craig & Ryland awarded Cap Stack 95% and 97% respectively.

Cup Cake

Bacon Magic is back with another brand new product called Cup Cake. This has been designed to allow the magician to perform both a traditional chop cup style routine while using a variety of different coin tricks using a regular half dollar coin. Vanishing Inc. states, "Imagine this, you make coins disappear, reappear and bounce from hand to hand. Then as you show the coin was supposed to go through the cup, it transforms into crochet balls. Seamlessly, you then transition into your single cup and ball routine." Craig gave this product 85%, citing i's good but has a very substandard tutorial. Ryland followed up with the same 85% rating. Nevertheless, it's a good trick and could have been better.

Free Drinks

Alongside Magic Dream, Peter Kamp has taken his Infinity Wine concept one step further by developing a way to visually transform water into different drinks on command. This is Free Drinks. Vanishing Inc's. website states, "Transform water into red “grenadine” syrup, or a green “minty” drink, a yellow “lemon” drink, an “orange” drink or even “cola.” All at the request of the spectator and under your complete control.

Each “Free Drinks” set comes with everything you’ll need to start performing right away. This includes the clever gimmicked glass that does all the hard work for you. You can activate the change on command and receive enough refills to last many performances." Free Drinks is very good and does what it says, but there are certain aspects you need to keep in mind. Nevertheless, Craig & Ryland were a fan of this trick, awarding it 79% and 95% respectively.

Replica Morgan Dollar TUC Coin

The last product on this week's Magic Review Show is Replica Morgan Dollar TUC Coin by Tango Magic. The Vanishing Inc. website describes the product as follows. "As you might already know, T.U.C (Tango Ultimate Coin) is the result of many years of hard work and professional experience. This gaffed coin allows you to do hundreds of magic effects, it will soon become a classic that will be found in every magician's pockets. Having this in mind we believe that the appearance of the coins should be as stunning and shocking as the effect." This is the trick of the week. It's a great coin and an innovation in coin magic. Craig gave this product 90% while Ryland followed up with 98%.
